Some of us don’t need a plan so much as a conversation with the deeper parts of ourselves.
Jungian coaching is a one-to-one space for exactly that: to listen for what your soul is asking of you, through your dreams, your patterns, your body, and the images that keep finding you.
This isn’t self-improvement in the usual sense. We aren’t fixing you or building a better, more productive version of you. We’re paying attention to what’s already trying to emerge.
.
Jungian coaching draws on the depth psychology of C.G. Jung, especially the individuation process: the lifelong process of becoming whole and more fully yourself. It uses the listening and questioning skills of good coaching, with an added focus on the parts of us that usually work out of sight.
Here are some of the ideas we might explore:
Jungian coaching differs from conventional coaching because it follows your inner life rather than only your goals. It’s also different from long-term analysis, because it’s a shorter, collaborative partnership, not a clinical process. I’m a companion in this work, not a guru. You’re the authority on your own psyche.
Sessions are 60 minutes, online by Zoom. We begin with what’s alive for you right now, a dream, a feeling in the body, or a question you’re carrying. From there I follow your psyche’s lead with reflective questions, imagery, and embodied attention. You leave with something to sit with, such as an image, a question, or a small practice for ongoing exploration.
Because I work with the Tarot and with embodiment, we can bring in cards, imagery, or movement if you’d like. That’s always optional.
Format: 60-minute session, online via Zoom

Jungian coaching is not therapy and isn’t a substitute for it. It doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you’re looking for therapy, [I’m happy to point you toward resources. Coaching conversations are confidential, with the usual exceptions for safety, however they are not suited for acute crisis.
I’ve worked with the Tarot as a professional teacher and reader since 2015, and my approach has always been about embodiment and the symbolic mind, not prediction. I came to Jungian coaching because it gave language and structure to what I’d been drawn to for years. I am currently completing my training through the Jung Platform's Jungian Coaching Certificate Program.
